The X25 SUPER integrates Murata’s flagship SCH16T-K10 and TDK InvenSense industrial-grade IIM-42652/42653 6-axis sensors, featuring an industrial-grade multi-redundant architecture. In the event of anomalous output from a single sensor, the system quickly performs data switching to effectively avoid the risk of a single point of failure. While maintaining data output accuracy, it significantly enhances the reliability and stability of the IMU system under complex operating conditions, meeting the high-reliability requirements of industrial-grade unmanned system equipment for extended continuous operation.
High-Range Design, Withstands Overload
The gyroscope and accelerometer feature a high-range design, maintaining linear data output without clipping even under extreme conditions such as high-speed dives, aggressive maneuvering, and sudden wind shear. This fundamentally eliminates the risk of intelligent controller lock-up and enhances operational safety. The gyroscope achieves bias instability as low as 2°/h and noise density of just 0.006 (°/s)/√Hz. With minimal drift over extended long-range missions, it ensures reliable dead-reckoning performance even in GNSS-denied scenarios such as GPS blockage, indoor environments, and dense forests, making it suitable for long-range missions such as inspection, surveying, and search and rescue.

It features built-in, high-performance Vibration Rectification Error correction and strictly enforces inter-axis orthogonal calibration, keeping errors within ±0.15°. It directly isolates high-frequency motor resonance at the wafer end, eliminates multi-axis coupling crosstalk, and prevents issues such as data drift and packet loss caused by vibration interference, thereby enhancing the stability and accuracy of sensor data. It supports external fixed ears for double-layer vibration reduction expansion, suppressing high-frequency vibration interference, stabilizing sensor data, and adapting to various harsh working conditions.
All-Temperature Control, Powered by Dual Temperature Compensation System
X25 SUPER features a newly upgraded dual temperature compensation system. The onboard IMU and the motherboard temperature control work in conjunction to build a constant-temperature zone inside the controller, ensuring the IMU, MCU, and crystal oscillator are always kept in a constant-temperature environment, reducing performance degradation caused by temperature drift. It supports full-temperature-range operation from -20°C to +85°C, confidently handling demanding field missions with wide diurnal temperature variations and harsh environmental conditions.
Dynamic Constant Temperature Control: It responds to temperature differences at the millisecond level and provides real-time, precise compensation within ±0.5℃.

The PCBA adopts a fully automatic anti-corrosion paint spraying process for protection.
